Awaken your sensuality and connect with your body through the timeless art of belly dance. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll explore fluid hip movements, graceful shimmies, and seductive isolations—all set to hypnotic Middle Eastern rhythms that inspire confidence, joy, and feminine power. Whether you're new to dance or looking to reconnect with your body, this class offers a safe, empowering space to move with intention, express freely, and celebrate yourself through every movement.

What to Expect
This workshop is designed for all levels, with a special welcome to beginners. Lina will guide you through foundational belly dance techniques, focusing on musicality, body awareness, and expressive movement.

  • A hip scarf is recommended to help accentuate your movements and add to the fun—but it’s not required. (Amazon link to hip scarf here.)

  • Wearing a flowy skirt can enhance the experience, though it's entirely optional.

  • Come as you are, dressed in comfortable clothing that lets you move freely and feel good.

  • Expect an uplifting, judgment-free environment where you’ll leave feeling more connected, confident, and radiant.

BIO 

Lina Omar Lina grew up in Egypt, where the rhythms of music and dance were woven into everyday life. From a young age, belly dancing became her sanctuary—a joyful expression of culture, soul, and self. She’s been dancing since childhood, and with every shimmy and swirl, Lina reconnects with her roots, finding peace, confidence, and vitality. For her, belly dance is not just movement; it’s a lifelong passion and a way of being fully alive. Through teaching, Lina shares the depth and beauty of this art form, inviting others to experience its transformative magic.
