Beginner Heels Series

  • No Heels Experience Necessary

  • Pre-requisite: None.

HEELS EXTENDED TRAINING PROGRAM

Back to BAEsics: The Extended Training Program is designed exclusively for dancers who have successfully completed both Back to BAEsics Pt. I and Pt. II and are ready to continue building a strong foundation in heels training.

This beginner-level program offers extended, structured training for dancers seeking consistency, refinement, and confidence in their movement. Students will deepen their understanding of heels technique through focused drills, conditioning exercises, confidence-building practices, across-the-floor progressions, and intentional choreography retention and execution training. The goal is to strengthen technique, stamina, musicality, and performance quality over time.

This is a Beginner-only program and runs January through June, with monthly dues required to participate. Classes take place every Saturday, allowing dancers the time and space to train, grow, and fully embody the BAEsics.

BACK to BAESICS

Heels Extended Training Program

  • Saturday 11-12:30pm

  • Monthly Program with 3 month minimum commitment

  • February 1 - May 31, 2026

  • Pre-requisite: Back to Baesics Part I & Part II

  • $170 per month with a 3 months commitment

  • Includes 1.5hr per week training + 5-class pass per month (not including Thursday Heels class)

  • No Drop-in

  • Back to BAEsics Part I is a pre-requisite of Back to BAEsics Part II. If you have not taken the pre-requisite, email us if you wish to submit a video audition instead.

* Must Demonstrate with music:

* Bevels, Relevés, Passé, Hip sits, Heels Stance in both hips, hip rotation left and right and weight transfer down and up the leg on both sides returning back to bevel fluidly using the “Jane Fonda” reference. Also demonstrate the “Plié and whip up” movement.

* Demonstrate Slow Walks & Fast Walks

* 15 sec Freestyle after learning a short combo
