Want to feel stronger, more flexible, and more in control of your movement? This Dance Conditioning workshop is designed to support all dancers, no matter your style.
What is it?
A focused conditioning class designed to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and body awareness to help you dance better and prevent injuries.
Who is it for?
Dancers of all levels and styles including salsa, bachata, heels, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and more. If you want better balance, cleaner turns, deeper lines, and more confidence in your movement, this class is for you.
What to expect:
• Strength exercises for stability and control
• Stretching for improved flexibility
• Mobility work for healthier joints
• Technique drills that translate directly into your dancing
• A supportive, encouraging environment
Come ready to move, sweat a little, and invest in the body that makes your dancing possible.
