Expect good vibes, expressive movement, and an empowering class atmosphere that’s beginner-friendly and fun for all levels. Come dance with us!

What is Afro-Hip-Hop?

Afro-Hip-Hop is an energetic fusion of African dance styles and Hip-Hop culture that blends rhythm, musicality, grooves, footwork, and expression. Rooted in both traditional and contemporary African movement, this style draws influence from popular African street dances and music genres such as Afrobeats, Amapiano, Afro-fusion, and Hip-Hop.

The movement quality often emphasizes grounded grooves, isolations, rhythm changes, bounce, and full-body expression while celebrating individuality, confidence, and community. Afro-Hip-Hop has grown globally through artists, music videos, social media, and dance culture, becoming one of the most exciting and evolving street dance styles today.
