We are thrilled to welcome Mileydi to teach a Afro-Cuban Dance Workshops.

This Afro-Cuban workshop is designed to immerse you in the energy, meaning, and expressive power of Afro-Cuban dance. Our March workshop will be focused on Eleggua to explore its movement and historical context through movement.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Connect with traditional rhythms from Afro-Cuban cultur

  • Work on technique, isolation, strength, and flow

  • Develop deeper body awareness and artistic expression

  • Engage in guided improvisation, energy work, and Afro-Cuban musicality

Open to all levels — no previous experience in Afro dance required, just curiosity, respect, and a willingness to learn.
